Terms and Conditions

In order to use the www.readingfestivaltickets2010.com website you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

1. readingfestivaltickets2010.com reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of it) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change these Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Website (or any part of it) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website; and/or monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints relating to the Website and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
2. readingfestivaltickets2010.com will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise for any economic losses including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect or consequential losses, howsoever arising and; in any case whether or not such losses were within the contemplation of either of us at the date on which the event giving rise to the loss occurred.
3. We will use our reasonable endeavors to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website for any reason.
4. We provide the site to you on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Any arrangement between you and a third party is at your sole risk and responsibility.
5. We make no representation or warranty as to the content of third party websites. Any contract concluded with a third party company will be between you and that company only and will be subject to their terms and conditions.

8. readingfestivaltickets2010.com is an independent ticket agency and we are in no way linked to V Festival promoters, acts or artists.
9. All our sales are FINAL: no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are issued after you have purchased your tickets.
10. readingfestivaltickets2010.com reserves the right to alter the prices of the tickets at point in time. As we are an agency we sell tickets at a premium and our price is usually higher than the Face value of the tickets. For face values, please refer to the tickets page.
11. Tickets will be dispatched about a week prior to the event via royal mail special delivery or alternatively at the venue on the day of the festival.
12. readingfestivaltickets2010.com cannot be held responsible for any tickets lost or stolen and cannot duplicate any tickets after they have been sent out.
